ADV/RSV/COVID-19/Inflvenza A+B Antigen Combo Test Kit (Colloidal Gold)

In this test, antibodies specific to adenovirus, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), COVID-19 and the Influenza A+B are separately coated on the test line regions of the membrane. During testing, the extracted specimen reacts with the antibodies to adenovirus, RSV, COVID-19 and Influenza A and/or Influenza B that are coated onto particles. The mixture migrates up the membrane to react with the antibodies to adenovirus, RSV, COVID-19 and Influenza A+B on the membrane and generate one or two colored lines in the test regions. The presence of this colored line in either or both of the test regions indicates a positive result, while its absence indicates a negative result. Whether the sample contains adenovirus, RSV, COVID-19 and Influenza A and/or Influenza B antigen or not, a red line will appear in the quality control area (C). The red line appearing in the quality control area (C) is the standard for judging whether there are enough samples and whether the chromatographic process is normal, and it also serves as the internal control standard for the reagent.
